Now lets take a look at the Maternal side of the pedigree on these bulls
MBT-589- the maternal grandsire need no introduction 1680 is the carcass king of the angus breed.
The dam of this bull cow #201 became a Pathfinder cow this year( 3 calves at 111). That is the ultimate measure.
MBT - 599-the maternal grandsire 036 is one of the most popular carcass bulls ever in the ABS stud
This cow records 3 calves at 105 and she is one of my favorites thick deep bodied with a perfect udder.

Special information about the "Perry County Land and Cattle" Bulls in this sale.
They are MBT lot # 345,346,347 and 348. These bulls were bred by Meadow Mist and are owned by Bill and Martha Roberts. They purchased 23 cows from me in the fall of 2004 all carrying calves that were due in 2005
Lots 345 and 346 are a set of twin calves by Gridmaker that are full sibs to the #2 ADG bull at Midland last year MBT # 259 ADG 4.23 R-127  MBT index 120.

All of these bulls were at a little disadvantage on this test basically because they were a little short on groceries during the prewean period. That will be corrected next year. The interesting thing is that gain on test was at 100 or above and they scanned very very good.
The scan to shoot for on REA scans is 1"/100# scan body weight-- They averaged "1.05" with the
347 - bull having a --
4.09% IMF
